An alert has been issued by the Yonkers Police Department Warrant Squad, as they attempt to locate Takoshi Shand, who was arrested for third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance last year.
Shand, who is known to frequent Stewart Place in Yonkers, later failed to appear in court to respond to the charges, and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest by the court.
Police described Shand as being approximately 6-foot-1, weighing 250 pounds with a large build. He has black hair, brown eyes, and no distinguishing facial features, investigators said. He has tattoos on his left hand and right forearm.
